After transferring to several imbecils, I was finally passed to someone who allegedly could make a modification on the amount. After 20 mins on hold, I was charged that the first person I fought with could only modify it. So, that was finally an hour long call that didn’t fix anything since the other office closed while I was wasting time.

In addition to the recent time, I’ve had a guy come to my home 11 times for the grainy signal. Nothing changes.

The only reasonI selected them is because the station variety has potential and the amount for the service lower than the other providers. But in all honesty, I wouldn’t recommend this company to my worst enemy.
